If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used wearable products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
